What happens if the jewellery is damaged or lost ?
Customers are fully responsible for the jewellery during the entire rental period. If the jewellery is damaged, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If it is lost or damaged beyond repair, the full market value of the jewellery must be paid as compensation.
Is a security deposit required ?
Yes, a security deposit is collected to secure your pieces. The deposit is fully refundable upon the safe and timely return of the jewellery. While booking, only an advance payment is required to lock in your dates. The remaining balance payment must be completed either upon collecting the jewels in person or before we courier the jewels to your place.

Can I clean, alter, or repair the jewellery at home?
No. Jewellery must not be altered, cleaned, repaired, or modified in any way by the customer. Please avoid exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Any damage caused by mishandling will be the customer's responsibility.

How many days can I keep the rented jewellery ?
We provide a relaxed rental window to ensure your big day is stress-free. Usually, we hand over the jewels a day prior to your function date and expect the return a day after your event date.
For example, if your function is on June 19th, we will hand over the jewels to you on the evening of June 17th, and we expect the return by the morning of June 21st. Any late returns beyond the agreed timeline will attract additional charges per day.
Can I visit your store to see the jewellery before booking?
Do you provide delivery or courier services outside Coimbatore?
Yes, we courier our bridal collections all over Tamil Nadu! While you can collect your sets in person at our Coimbatore store, we safely courier to you no matter where you are located in the state. Our customers frequently praise our secure packaging in their reviews, ensuring your jewellery arrives in pristine condition.
